1. Preamble and Acceptance of Terms

This Service is a tool integrated from and powered by technology from aeo.press.

By accessing, interacting with, or otherwise utilizing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Nature and Purpose of the Service

The Service is provided strictly for entertainment and demonstration purposes only ("for fun only"). The responses, data, and conversations generated by the AI are the result of probabilistic models and should be considered experimental. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided. The content generated by the Service should not be construed as professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.

3. Distinction from Commercial Services

You explicitly acknowledge that this Service is a free-to-use, public-facing tool and is functionally and contractually separate from any other products or commercial plans that may be advertised or offered on this website. Any subscription plans or service packages displayed, such as those for "AI integration for business," are governed by their own distinct terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and privacy policies. This Agreement applies solely to your use of this specific, embedded chat interface powered by aeo.press and not to any other commercial offering.

4. User-Generated Content and Data Logging

You acknowledge and agree that any and all data you submit, input, or transmit while using the Service—including but not limited to text prompts, queries, conversational data, and any associated metadata—is classified as "User Content." All User Content is actively logged and stored on our servers.

5. Data Monitoring, Visibility, and Administrative Access

You hereby grant Us the explicit and irrevocable right to monitor, access, and review any and all User Content. You acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy for any data transmitted through the Service. Administrative personnel, system operators, and data analysts may directly access and analyze chat logs for purposes including, but not limited to, quality control, system debugging, and security audits.

6. Use of User Content for Service Improvement

You grant Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize your User Content for the purposes of training and refining the specific AI models associated with this Service. The scope of this license is limited to the refinement of this specific tool. User Content will not be used to train or be contributed to any massive-scale, general-purpose Large Language Models (LLMs).

7. Data Referencing, Disclosure, and Public Demonstration

You understand and agree to the following potential uses of your User Content:

  • 7.1. Internal Referencing: We reserve the right to use and reference specific instances of User Content as internal case studies for operational analysis.

  • 7.2. Public Discussion and Demonstration: We may discuss or display excerpts of User Content in public forums or demonstrations. In such cases, we will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to anonymize the data by removing or obfuscating explicit Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

8. User Responsibility and Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create. You agree not to submit any information that is illegal, confidential, proprietary, or subject to strict privacy regulations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE TO USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, OUR AFFILIATES, AND OUR PARTNERS (INCLUDING AEO.PRESS) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING ARISING FROM: (A) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (B) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE; (C) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR TROJAN HORSES THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (D) ANY DECISIONS MADE OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION OR CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

10. Modification of Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
